Admission Procedure

Admission Procedure, Eligibility and Fee

Parents must register the child for admission. Registration for admission to all classes is announced in the first week of January.

  • Admission is granted on the basis of child's performance in the test and/or an interview conducted.
  • Admission fee once paid will not refunded.
  • Registration does not guarantee admission.

Fee Schedule

  • Fee schedule are published for all classes and are available at school office.
  • The school fee is charged from the beginning of the session irrespective of the date of admission.
  • School fee and dues are to be paid quarterly in advance. The dues be deposited latest by 5th of the due month. Late payments would attract late fee of Rs. 10/.-per day.

Documents required the time of admission

If a child qualifies for admission, the following documents must be submitted before admission is normally granted:

  • Attested photocopy of Municipal Corporation Birth Certificate of the Candidate (original Birth Certificate should be presented for verification)
  • Transfer Certificate/School Leaving Certificate of previous school for students seeking admission to class I and above. (Countersigned by competent authority)
  • Report Card/Promotion Certificate of previous school and class.
  • Medical Fitness Certificate
  • 4 Recent Passport Size Colour Photograph of the candidate and both the parents/guardians.
  • Photocopy of Aadhar Card of the candidate and both the parents/guardians.
  • Blood Group Report with the information of height & weight of the candidate.

Withdrawal of Students

In case of withdrawal, the parents need to submit an application for the transfer certificate one month in advance. A transfer certificate will only be issued on clearance all dues.

Termination Grounds

  • Gross misconduct/indiscipline.
  • Non-Payment of Fees.
  • Detention for more than one year in the same class.
  • Shortage of attendance.
  • Any other reason deemed fit for such action by the principal.
